Is this only relevant for traditional search funds?
No. We work with the broader ETA community, including self-funded searchers, independent sponsors, holdco operators, and buyers acquiring small and midsize businesses. If you are acquiring and operating SMBs, the underlying IT and cybersecurity challenges are often very similar.
