On-Premise Business Phone Systems
Some businesses want the phone system in their own building. Inzo Technologies® sells, installs and supports on-premise phone systems built on Avaya IP Office, and connects them to the cloud when that helps.
When an on-premise phone system makes sense
A cloud phone system is not the right answer for every business. An on-premise system keeps the phone system in your building, on hardware you own. It fits businesses that have a stable system they want to keep, sites where calling needs to stay local, and owners who would rather make one investment than pay per user every month.
What we do for on-premise phone systems
- New on-premise phone systems built on Avaya IP Office
- Installation, configuration and cutover on a schedule you set
- Ongoing maintenance and support, including systems we did not install
- User, extension and call-routing changes
- SIP trunk and carrier connections
- 911 configuration that meets current federal rules
- Firmware, software and release planning
- Lifecycle reviews for aging voice hardware
Hybrid: add cloud features without replacing your system
Keeping an on-premise system does not mean giving up remote and mobile calling. A hybrid setup connects your existing system to cloud features, so staff can take calls on a laptop or mobile phone and new locations can join without new hardware. When the time comes to move fully to the cloud, you can migrate by site, department or user group to our cloud VoIP phone system on a schedule you control.
On-premise or cloud?
Both run your calls. They differ in where the system lives, how you pay for it and who it suits. Our business phone systems overview compares the two side by side. If you are not sure, we will review what you run today and what you spend on it, then give you a straight answer.
Already running Avaya?
If you have an Avaya IP Office or Aura system today and need someone to support it, see our third-party Avaya support. We take over support from other providers, handle IPOSS questions and tell you honestly how much life your system has left.
Where we install and support on-premise systems
Businesses in the St. Louis metro, Missouri and southern Illinois get onsite installation and support from our own team. Remote support runs nationwide from our U.S. team, and onsite work outside our region goes through vetted regional partners we manage directly, so you have one point of accountability.
Why businesses choose Inzo for on-premise phone systems
We have installed and supported business phone systems for over 35 years, starting as STL Communications. Our technical staff carries more than 300 years of combined telecommunications and IT experience, through every major transition: analog to digital, digital to VoIP, and on-premise PBX to cloud. When you call, you reach a voice specialist who knows your system.
