CHESTERFIELD, Mo. — June 8, 2026 — Inzo Technologies® has acquired DeMott Technical Solutions, a Louisville, Kentucky-based IT services firm serving small and medium-sized businesses since 2003.
The acquisition expands Inzo’s Midwest footprint and brings together two organizations with a shared focus on responsive service, long-term client relationships, and practical technology support for growing businesses.
Founded by Kevin and Susan DeMott, DeMott Technical Solutions has built a strong reputation in the Louisville market by providing affordable, personalized IT support to small and medium-sized businesses. As part of Inzo Technologies, DeMott clients will continue receiving support with access to expanded capabilities across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, and voice services.
